Journeys of the Heart

Qigong Bounce & Breathing

From Wikipedia: With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed by the Chinese and throughout Asia as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (pronounced approximately as "chi"), translated as "life energy." Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing and a calm meditative state of mind.

Heart Tip

Body movement promotes the flow of blood and oxygen on their journeys to the heart. Rev. Christin reflects that there is often sweet releasing of things that no longer serve us along the way. Try rating yourself before and after doing this exercise on a scale of 1-10 on heart connection (1 is not at all connected, 10 is extremely connected to one's heart).
